You can combine several orders into one shipment and, best of all, we do it automatically or you can manage it yourself.
We review all orders up to twice a day:
- Monday to Friday: between 8:30 am and 11:30 am.
All orders that meet the following conditions will be automatically combined:
- Have the same shipping address.
- Are in CONFIRMED status and outstanding.
Combinations of orders will be made within 30 days after confirmation of the reservation or purchase of the products included in the order.
Do you want to reach the minimum for free shipping?
If you have an order that does not meet the minimum for free shipping, follow these steps:
- Place a new order (with stock).
- Select bank transfer as payment method and confirm. Or if you want to manage it yourself, choose the option to combine orders that we indicate in the guide below.
At the next checkout, the orders will be combined and you will receive a confirmation email. After this, you will be able to pay for your combined order with the method of your choice.

What is the function of combining orders manually?
The combine orders feature allows you to merge several orders into one order directly from your account.
This way, you can manage a single shipment and make a single payment, simplifying your daily operations and optimizing the management of your purchases.
Where to find this option?
You can access the order combination function from two points. From the payment process or from the list of pending orders in the ''pay'' column (the combine icon appears).
During the checkout process, in the “Payment” step, select the option “Combine with other orders”.
Also from your customer area, in the “My orders” section, where you will find the option to combine pending orders.
How to combine orders step by step?
The process is quick and designed to be completed in a few steps.
First, activate the option to combine orders at checkout. You will then be taken to the combination screen, where you can select the orders you wish to combine.
Once selected, you will only have to confirm the operation.
Upon completion, the system will automatically generate a new combined order ready for payment.
What happens after the orders are combined?
When you confirm the combination, a new unified order is created from which you can make the payment.
The original orders are not deleted and are still accessible. From the combined order itself you will be able to consult which orders are included and review the details of each one of them.
What happens if the orders have different addresses?
If you select orders with different shipping addresses, the system will warn you before proceeding.
In this case, you will have to choose a single shipping address. Once selected, it will be applied to all orders and you can continue with the combination. This step is necessary to ensure proper shipping management.
After clicking the “apply address” button, the addresses will be merged. In “shipping address” you will now see the same address.
It is time to confirm and combine orders.
As soon as you press the button the combination process begins. Once finished, the process takes a few seconds, a new screen will open with your new combined order. From here you will be able to make the payment of the new order.
In the “view original orders” button you can review the orders that have been included in the combined order.
How long does the process take?
The combination process is almost immediate. Once confirmed, in a few seconds you will have your new combined order ready to complete the payment.

Are original orders lost?
No. The original orders still exist and you can consult them at any time from the combined order itself.
