Ravensburger Play Hub (RPH) is the name of the official platform to be part of the Disney Lorcana TCG organized play. In this space we explain how to register.
Below we explain step by step how to complete the process, whether you already have an account in Melee (the platform used previously) or if it is your first time.
Tip: If you had an account in Melee, use the same email address you had in Melee to ease the transition.
When you select your store, the system will recognize that an account already exists.
You will only need to complete or update the missing data.
Verify that all information is correct before proceeding.
Important: If there are several stores associated to the same email, the system will ask you to choose which one you want to edit or create.

Click on “Add New Store” to create your store profile from scratch.
Step 3: Complete the form in four parts
1. Getting Started
Select store type: š Most should check “Retail & Organized Play”. Other options: Retail sales only or Other.
2. Your Store
Fill in the basic data:
Store name
If it belongs to a chain
Address
If the system does not let you continue, make sure you are using the correct email address. You can also click on "I'm a Tournament Organizer" if you are an organizer and need to contact the store administrator.
3. Business Documentation
Upload the necessary documentation:
Commercial license
Tax ID
An explanatory video (how it was done in Melee)
4. Verification
Review the final summary with all data and files.
You can go back if you need to correct something.
Step 4: Submit the application
If everything is correct, click on “Submit” to send your request. Once submitted, you will receive confirmation from Ravensburger.
That’s it! You can now start organizing Disney Lorcana TCG tournaments and events.
