If you’re already an official Disney Lorcana TCG store, congratulations! You now have access to our store level system.
The store levels are updated with each new set and depend on your purchase volume and your commitment to organized play. To know your store level, please refer to the table at the bottom of the page. The first store level update is on October 9, 2024, one day after the end of the Azurite Sea reservation period. From then on, it will be updated periodically at two points in time: first, with each set’s reservation deadline date, and then, coinciding with the approval of Championship events.
Here are the requirements and benefits for each level:
LEVEL 1:
-Become an official store (approved on the new Ravensburger Play Hub platform).
-Reserve at least 4 boxes of booster packs of each new Disney Lorcana TCG set within the reservation p eriod.
-Organize at least 4 events per month (between tournaments and Weekly Play, plus 1 new set presentation). -Access the OP Kits.Organize at least 4 events per month (between tournaments and Weekly Play), plus 1 new set presentation.
-Access to the OP Kit.
-You will be able to have official support at external fairs and events. Contact us with the event details by clicking here!
LEVEL 2.
-Become an official store (approved on the new Ravensburger Play Hub platform).
-Reserve at least 12 boxes of booster packs of each new Disney Lorcana TCG set within the reservation period.
Organize at least 4 events per month (between tournaments and Weekly Play), plus 1 new set presentation and 1 Championship event.
-Access the OP Kits and get the option to get the Championship OP Kits (remember that you have to apply for them in Melee or in the new Ravensburger Play Hub platform).
-You will be able to have official support in fairs and external events. Contact us with the details of the event by clicking here!
LEVEL 3.
-Become an official store (approved on the new Ravensburger Play Hub platform).
-Reserve at least 36 boxes of booster packs of each new Disney Lorcana TCG set within the reservation period.
-Organize at least 4 events per month (between tournaments and Weekly Play). And in addition, 1 new set presentation , 1 demo event and 1 Championship event in the quarter.
-Access to the OP Kits and get the option to get the Championship OP Kits (remember that you have to apply for them in Melee or in the new Ravensburger Play Hub platform).
-Access to marketing material to give visibility to Disney Lorcana TCG in your store.
-You can have official support in fairs and external events. Consult us with the details of the event by clicking here!
LEVEL 4.
-Be an official store (approved on the new Ravensburger Play Hub platform).
-Reserve at least 96 boxes of booster packs of each new Disney Lorcana TCG set within the reservation period.
-Organize at least 4 events per month (between tournaments and Weekly Play). And in addition, 1 new set presentation, 3 demo events and 1 Championship event in the quarter.
-You access the OP Kit and it opens the option to get the Championship OP Kit (remember that you have to apply for it in Melee or in the new Ravensburger Play Hub platform).
-Access to marketing material to give visibility to Disney Lorcana TCG in your establishment.
-You will be able to have official support in fairs and external events you attend. Contact us with the details of the event by clicking here!
