📅 How does RPH work?
- Access the platform.
- Apply to become a Ravensburger Play Hub store.
- Once approved, you will have access to the intuitive event creation and management tools offered by the new platform.
With them, you and your community of players can more easily enjoy Disney Lorcana TCG events, such as Weekly Play, Set Championships, Core Constructed, Pack Rush and more.

Q: How do I cancel an event?
A: From the events page, change the event status to “Closed”.
Q: How do I set up the online payment feature?
A: Go to your account page at https://admin.carde.io/admin/organization and select “Payments and Settings”. Select “Set up Stripe payments”. You will be able to follow the steps through the Stripe website.
Q: Why doesn’t the timer start when my round starts?
A: The timer is controlled manually. Be sure to hit the “Play” button or click on the timer to see more options.
Q: How do I find a player?
A: If they have a Ravensburger Play account, you can find their account by selecting “Add Player” and searching for their email address.
Q: How do I add a player who has not yet created an account?
A: When you select “Add Player”, go to “Add Manually” and enter their email address and name.
Q: How do I add an account without an email address?
A: Currently, all players need an email address associated with their account. If the player is a minor, their parent can create an account for the minor with an email address belonging to the parent, but it will need to be a unique address that has not been used for another existing account (including the parent’s account).
