If you add Disney Lorcana TCG products to your business, we recommend that you join the Disney Lorcana TCG Hobby Shops Program (HSP stores), which gives you visibility and opens the door to organizing events and tournaments in your store. It’s easy!
- Fill in your application on the new Ravensburger Play Hub platform (š ravensburgerplay.com; click on this link to access our registration guide).
- By becoming an official store, your store will appear on the platform as a Disney Lorcana TCG store, gaining visibility and making it easier for fans to find you.
- If in addition to being an official store Disney Lorcana TCG you want to organize leagues and tournaments, simply select the corresponding option during the application process.
Requirements to become an official store
To register as a Hobby HSP Shop and gain access to Lorcana’s organized play, you must meet these minimum criteria:
Your store must have:
- Permanent space with seating for at least 12 people.
- Safe, clean, comfortable and well-maintained tables and chairs.
- Access to a restroom with sink (on or near the premises).
- Stable Internet connection.
In addition, you will need to attach these three files to your application:
- Commercial license (model 036 or 037).
- TAX ID that includes your Tax ID number.
- A short video clearly showing your store, the Lorcana display and the space dedicated to organized play.

Important: After completing your application at RPH, you will receive an email verifying your store as an official Disney Lorcana TCG store (response may take a few days).
