Orders placed through the B2B platform of tcgfactory.com are subject to the following conditions of sale, unless special conditions have been signed:
- Shipping costs: Free shipping for Spain (Peninsula) on orders equal to or greater than 150 euros + taxes.
- Fast shipping: Orders confirmed before 14:00 hours Monday to Thursday and before 11:00 hours on Fridays (peninsular time) are handled and shipped the same day. If payment is confirmed after that time, shipment will be made the next business day. EXCEPTIONS: Holidays and shipments of product releases of certain trading card games and at times with peak workloads. It is not necessary to send proof of payment; TCG Factory verifies payments several times a day. Please note that the order is shipped once the payment is confirmed.
- Order tracking: We use recognized shipping services, such as MRW, with a tracking number included so you can check the status of your order at any time from the Order History section in your account. You will also receive an email with the tracking number. Check here for details on shipping costs.
- Pricing: The distribution sales prices (PVD) shown on the website do not include VAT.
- Shipments to the Canary Islands: The payment of customs charges at destination is the responsibility of the customer. The shipping company itself will manage the charge.
TCG Factory reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice, as well as to update its catalogue, eliminating or adding new products.
Important: High demand products
If you reserve high-demand products, such as certain trading card games or exclusive Funko figures, the final availability will depend on the quantity the manufacturer sends to our warehouses. Commercial policy and payment terms
- Once the purchase is confirmed on tcgfactory.com, you have a maximum period of 30 calendar days to complete the payment, starting from the order confirmation date. Exception: in the case of Trading Card Games products, this period is reduced to 15 calendar days, both within and outside the Peninsula. If the order is combined, the reference date will be the confirmation date of the original order. If the payment is not completed within the specified period, the order will be canceled.
- Order combinations will be made within a maximum of 30 days following the confirmation of the reservation or purchase of the products included in the order.
- Products’ price is confirmed at the moment the reservation or purchase is formalized, regardless of whether payment has been made or not. In the case of subsequent modifications, the price at the time of reservation or purchase will always prevail.
- Total or partial cancellation of orders, whether from purchases of items in AVAILABLE status, from PRE-SALES or from a direct request from the customer, may result in penalties. In extreme cases, penalties may result in the removal of the option to make reservations.
- TCG Factory reserves the right to adjust these deadlines as it deems necessary to improve the management of orders and offer an optimal service.
- If you have a direct debit and exceed your credit limit, you will have to release credit within the established deadlines to avoid cancellation of your orders.
