High demand products are those that, due to their popularity, <strong>generate more stock than the manufacturer can supply<\/strong>. This means that even if you place your order on time, we may not be able to fulfil all reservations. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our commitment: transparency and fairness<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We know that not receiving all reserved products can be frustrating. We don&#8217;t like it either, which is why we want to be clear with you. Here&#8217;s how we handle these situations so you know what to expect.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do we handle the delivery of these products?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We aim to distribute products fairly and efficiently, following these criteria:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Date of formalisation of the reservation. <\/strong>We prioritise bookings confirmed within the deadline. Those with a strong and varied history in our catalogue are prioritised. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional considerations<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>We hold your stock. <\/strong>If we are unable to fulfil all reservations, products will remain on our website as IN REPLACEMENT. Your initial stock is kept active for future replenishments. If you prefer not to wait, you can cancel your reservation <a href=\"\" target=\"\" rel=\"\"><strong>via the enquiry form.<\/strong><\/a>  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Purchase limits.<\/strong> In exceptional cases, we may set limits on the number of units reserved to ensure fair distribution.
