If the return is accepted without the item has defects, the shipping costs are borne by the customer. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the item is received in our warehouse, <strong>TCG Factory<\/strong> will assess its condition and check that it has arrived in the same conditions as we sent it.
