Funko products require specific treatment due to their manufacturing process and original packaging. For this reason, some common variations are not considered a defect, damage or incorrect item<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

At Funko, NO damage or defects are considered as follows<\/h2>\n\n

The following cases are considered normal variations and shall not be subject to claims<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • Minor manufacturing imperfections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Minimal paint alterations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Variations in internal product positioning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Slight signs in the box derived from the industrial or logistic process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Stickers \/ stickers on Funko (Chase vs other stickers)<\/h2>\n\n

    On Funko products there may be different stickers or elements on the box. Their treatment depends on the type: <\/p>\n\n

    Edition Stickers (NOT Chase) – Exclusive, Special Edition and the like<\/h3>\n\n

    Some references may include edition stickers (not Chase). These elements may vary<\/strong>, change design or not be present<\/strong> depending on print run, market or supplier information. <\/p>\n\n

    Therefore, it will not be considered an incident<\/strong> if the product received corresponds to the model and reference indicated in the title<\/strong>, even if the sticker shown in images does not match or is not included, unless the title explicitly guarantees a specific feature<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    Sticker Chase – Specific variant<\/h3>\n\n

    The Chase<\/strong> variant is a specific version of the product. If a Chase figure is delivered, it must include the corresponding Chase sticker<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

    References that may include Chase are marketed in 5+1<\/strong> format (5 standard + 1 Chase)<\/strong>, unless “Chase guaranteed”<\/strong> is explicitly indicated in the title.<\/p>\n\n

    If a Chase image is shown without express indication in the title, it will be considered a catalog error<\/strong> and may be treated as an incorrect item<\/strong>, subject to validation by after-sales.<\/p>\n\n

    Damage\/defects in packaging (box, window, blister)<\/h2>\n\n

    This policy applies to damage or defects limited to the packaging<\/strong> (box, carton, window, blister).Important:<\/strong> if the damage does not affect the figure<\/strong>, no replacement or return protocol applies; compensation criteria<\/strong> will be applied if applicable.<\/p>\n\n

    Claim deadline:<\/strong>Claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    Required evidence (required)<\/h2>\n\n

    To validate the incident it will be essential to attach clear photographs of:<\/p>\n\n

    A) Product and damage<\/h3>\n\n
      \n
    • Full frontal picture of the product (packaging).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Photo of the damage in the foreground.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Side\/top photo (to check structure and closure).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If damage to the figure is alleged: photo of the figure or of the interior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      B) Logistical packaging and protection (mandatory)<\/h3>\n\n
        \n
      • Photos of the outer shipping box (minimum 2 sides) with the label visible and legible<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Photo of the inside of the packaging showing the protective material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Photo of the product inside the packaging before removal (if documented).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        \u2705 Without these photos complete or out of time, the incident may remain pending validation or be considered not proceeding<\/strong> if there is insufficient evidence of damage in transit.<\/p>\n\n

        Criteria for resolution of packaging damage<\/h2>\n\n

        NOT applicable (no compensation)<\/h3>\n\n

        Compensation is not applicable when the damage is slight, usual for transport\/handling and does not affect the integrity, closure, protection or presentation<\/strong> in a relevant way.<\/p>\n\n

        Typical examples (NOT applicable):<\/p>\n\n

          \n
        • Superficial scratches or slight marks on cardboard\/plastic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Slightly marked corners or with slight folds without relevant sinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Small ripples or dents that do not alter the overall shape of the case.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Micro shocks not very noticeable at 30-50 cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Slight wrinkles on cardboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Superficial cutter marks without open slit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Slight manufacturing irregularities with no impact on presentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
          \"\"<\/figure>\n\n

          Coupon 15% (slight compensable damage)<\/h3>\n\n

          Applies when damage is visible, but:<\/p>\n\n

            \n
          • the box closes properly,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • maintains structure\/stiffness,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • no opening,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • does not compromise protection,and the impact on presentation is moderate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

            Examples (15%):<\/p>\n\n

              \n
            • Corner with slight subsidence without collapse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Slight visible deformation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Window\/plastic marked significantly without severe sagging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Visible and relevant cutter mark with no open slit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

              Coupon 30% (moderate compensable damage)<\/h3>\n\n

              Applies when damage to the packaging is evident and clearly affects the presentation or structure, but the figure is intact and the packaging continues to protect the product.<\/p>\n\n

              Examples (30%):<\/p>\n\n

              • Crushing or clear deformation in front or upper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Obvious sunken corners (semi-collapsed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Partial loss of rigidity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Sunken or detached window without opening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Large, highly visible cutter mark with no open slit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                Serious damage (replacement \/ return)<\/h3>\n\n

                Applies when the damage goes beyond the packaging and affects the figure or compromises its integrity.<\/p>\n\n

                Examples:<\/p>\n\n

                • Breakage, loose parts, severe deformation or damaged paint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Packaging with actual opening, perforation or structural breakage that has caused or may cause damage to the figure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Product not suitable for normal use or exposure due to damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                  Availability and destination resolution rule<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

                  • In peninsula \/ standard domestic shipments: substitution will be applied subject to availability. If out of stock, returns will be processed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • In islands or shipments abroad: the return will be prioritized for logistical and cost criteria. Substitution is only exceptionally contemplated under validation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
