How do presales work?
We publish presales when the manufacturer officially announces them. You reserve your quantity, pay when you confirm the order and receive the product on the release date (or earlier if it arrives earlier to our warehouse). If there are date changes, we will notify you.
What happens if a product is sold out after my presale?
We reserve your quantity from the moment you confirm the order. If the manufacturer reduces allocations, we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or reimbursement.
Can I buy single products or individual products?
We are wholesale distributors for stores. Our products are sealed boxes, decks and official bundles. We do not sell single cards or open product.
How do I know that the product is original?
We work exclusively with official Wizards of the Coast distributors. Everything comes factory sealed with authenticity codes. If you have doubts about any product, we can provide you with documentation of origin.
What conditions do I need to open a professional account?
You need to have a registered physical or online store, tax ID number and ability to place wholesale orders. The verification process takes 1-2 business days.
What is the minimum order?
