How will you manage your inquiries from now on?
The way to contact us remains the same: access the help center and send us your inquiry.
From there, all management will move to the My Inquiries space in your customer account. You no longer need to keep checking your email! When we respond, you’ll receive a notification on the website that will take you directly to this space.
IMPORTANT: This new way of managing your inquiries will apply to requests made starting January 13, 2025. If you have any inquiries still pending resolution, we will continue managing them via email.
