Returns (partial and total) must be notified within a maximum of 14 calendar days through the web form, indicating that it is a return. The form should include:
- Order number.
- Reference of the article.
- Reason for return and, if possible, a photograph of the item.
Important: We will not receive any returned product unless it has been previously confirmed by our support team.
Returns must be made with the packaging and accessories in perfect condition. If the return is accepted without the item has defects, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Once the item is received in our warehouse, TCG Factory will assess its condition and check that it has arrived in the same conditions as we sent it. If damage is detected, we will evaluate the possibility of making a partial refund.
