For Panini, we offer you the possibility to return items that have not sold in your business. Here’s how you can do it.

What materials can you return?
You can return stickers and comics purchased directly from TCG Factory. Please remember:
- Sticker boxes: They must keep their original seal intact. Loose packages are not accepted.
- Handled materials: For obvious reasons, returns of handled products are not accepted.
The best part? There’s no minimum or maximum number of items. You can include both comics and stickers in the same return.
Deadlines for returns
You have up to 6 months from the invoice date to request a return. For stickers, we will notify you via email one month in advance if any collection is nearing its expiration, ensuring you have enough time to manage everything.
How to initiate your return
- Request it through our website:
- Select the option “Help with an inquiry – Panini Return”.
- Download the Excel template, fill it out with the items to be returned, and upload it via the form.
- Wait for our authorization:
- Once we receive your request, we will process it within 24 to 72 business hours.
- We will send you an email with the delivery note code and shipping instructions
- After authorization, you can manage the shipment of the merchandise to our Headquarters (this is entirely your responsibility). Our receiving address is:

- Prepare the shipment:
- Pack the items securely. Download the packing guide for comics and stickers. Download the packaging guide for comics and stickers.
- Label each box with the delivery note number and the text “RETURN
- Download our stickers to facilitate this identification:
- The returned merchandise MUST match the Excel in your initial request. No items should be added or removed.
- Verification at our Headquarters:
- We will review your shipment upon receipt and, if everything is correct, proceed to the next step.
- Credit to your account:
- The corresponding amount will be added as credit to your client account within 7 business days of verification.
What happens if the received material is damaged?
If you detect any damage, notify us immediately through the web form:
- Visible damage upon receiving the shipment: Note it on the transporter’s delivery note and file the corresponding claim.
- Factory defects: Report them after opening the boxes so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
