Damage, defect or defect in a Funko

Before reading the return process for Funko products for damage and/or damage, please refer to the general returns guide here.

The case of Funko products requires special treatment due to their manufacturing and packaging process.

For this reason, NO damage or defects are considered:

  • Small alterations in the painting.
  • Tags not included or that differ from the image shown.
  • Changes in the colors or design of the box.
  • Minor defects in the figure or packaging, such as scratches, indentations, curvatures or small spots.

We will not handle claims related to the condition of packaging or minor paint failures on Funko branded products. Below are images of examples of damage that is not covered in our return policies.

Exceptions:

  • Small breakages or slight dents in the box: Yes, claims will be accepted and as compensation a 15% discount coupon will be issued for the value of the damaged item. This applies in similar cases to the following:
  • Significant breakages or more severe dents: A coupon of 30% off the value of the damaged item will be issued in these cases. This applies in similar cases to the following:

In both cases, the damaged item will not be returned. The customer can keep the purchased Funko and will also receive the corresponding coupon to apply in future purchases. This solution is designed to facilitate the sale of items with a discount that have some minor defect.

Coupon generation and validity

The coupons generated by incidents are valid for 3 months from their issue.
