Blocked Orders and Productos

We have added a new feature to our web platform.

It is a new “BLOCKED” status that can affect both products and orders.

Here’s how it works:

  • PRODUCTS: If you see a product with the text BLOCKED instead of the usual ADD TO CART button, it means its sale is temporarily disabled. Hover over the icon or access the product page to see the reason. These situations are temporary and usually last for a short period. See image below.
  • ORDERS: If you see that one of your orders is BLOCKED in your customer account, it means that the order is temporarily on hold. The details will show both the unblocking date and the reason for it. day. See image below.

This will mainly apply to orders related to upcoming trading card game releases. It allows us to streamline their preparation up to two weeks in advance to unlock them on the shipping day.

For example, in anticipation of a new Magic the Gathering collection release, we could create your order a week and a half before its launch, and you would see it as blocked in your order history until the day we ship it.
