Articles in Pre-sale

The items in Preventa have not yet been launched on the market: they are hot new products waiting to arrive! Make your reservation and we will send you the products as soon as they arrive at our facilities.

How do the items work in Pre-Sales?

You can distinguish the items in Preventa at a glance because they include the Pre-sale label in orange.

You can reserve them by adding them to your cart of My pre-sales. To do this, just click the Add button on the item in question, as you would when buying an available item.

Once in your cart, you need to confirm your reservations. You can do this by clicking here. Unconfirmed reservations will not be delivered! Please note that the goods will be served once received in order of booking confirmation and always depending on the final quantity sent by the manufacturer. In other words, receipt of the goods is not 100% guaranteed.

Pre-sale items that are Confirmed are shipped when they arrive at our Headquarters. We send you an email to notify you and proceed with your payment (unless you have sufficient credit available, in which case the shipping process is automatic).

That is, the reservations in Preventa are not paid immediately, but when we receive them in our headquarters.

IMPORTANT: It is essential that your reservations have the correct address. When the item arrives at our Headquarters, your order will be created with the address associated with your reservation. To prevent this from happening, if you have more than one address on your account, it is advisable that you make a regular review of the addresses of your reservations. When do my pre-order items arrive?

All items on Pre-Sales have an expected release date and a reservation deadline.

  • Expected release date: The date provided by the manufacturer for the release of the item. Please note that this release date is usually indicative and ultimately depends on the manufacturer.
  • Reservation deadline: When we receive a shipment of items in Pre-sale, we send them to customers according to the order of booking confirmation and until end of stock. We advise you to confirm your reservations within the deadline indicated by the reservation deadline in order to have a greater security of receiving your reservations. We always try to order enough quantities to cover all the stocks, but ultimately we depend on the quantity that the manufacturer sends us.
IMPORTANT: When booking high demand products, the final availability of these products depends on the quantity that the manufacturer sends to our headquarters. Therefore, even if you make the confirmation of your reservation within the time indicated by the reservation deadline of the article, we cannot guarantee the stock. In case of not having enough units, orders will be served by confirmed order.   

Can I cancel my pre-sale reservations?

Pre-order reservations can only be cancelled if they are in draft state, that is, if you have not yet confirmed them. If they are confirmed, a purchase commitment is established on your part.

In the event that there is no other option and a cancellation or reduction of reserved units is required, this process may result in penalties. In the end they could even lead to the possible cancellation of the option to buy on reservation or the cancellation of confirmed reservations in your customer account.

For our part, this is the last option and we prefer to treat each situation in a personalized way to try not to reach that conclusion.

Please note that automatic cancellation of orders that exceed the payment deadline is also included in this category and is subject to penalties
